NIGERIAN male entertainers led by Fred Amata and Daddy Showkey are billed to walk against prostate cancer in Lagos, Nigeria.
The walk, which is put together by the Dozy Mmobuosi Foundation is in a bid to step up awareness of prostate cancer and its prevention as the world marks prostate cancer awareness day on November 17.
Tagged Dozy Mmobuosi foundation marches for men against prostate cancer, the walk in Nigeria is planned to take place on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
The Nation was further informed that other celebrities expected at the walk include Charly Boy, Orits Williki, and Emeka Ossai.
According to the convener, Dozy Mmobuosi, “the primary goal of organising this walk is to create more awareness about Prostate Cancer and the importance of early testing.”
The 5-kilometer walk will begin by 8.00 am local time and will have attendees walking from Jibowu under the bridge to Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos where over 1000 men will be screened for Prostate Cancer by seasoned medical professionals.
