Donald Trump A ‘Psychopath’ – North Korea Fires Back At US President

North Korea on Thursday called US President Donald Trump a “psychopath” as tensions soar following the death of American student Otto Warmbier, who was evacuated in a coma from North Korean detention last week.
Pyongyang’s official Rodong Sinmun newspaper said the US president was in a “tough situation” at home and claimed he was toying with the idea of a preemptive strike on North Korea to divert attention from a domestic political crisis.
“South Korea must realise that following psychopath Trump…will only lead to disaster,” an editorial carried by the paper said.
A series of atomic tests and missile launches since last year have ratcheted up tensions on the Korean peninsula, and Warmbier’s death has further strained relations between Pyongyang and Washington.
Trump slammed the “brutal regime” in Pyongyang, and said he was determined to “prevent such tragedies from befalling innocent people at the hands of regimes that do not respect the rule of law or basic human decency.”
His language was echoed by South Korean President Moon Jae-In, who said in an interview ahead of a White House visit next week that North Korea bears responsibility for the student’s death.
“I believe we must now have the perception that North Korea is an irrational regime,” Moon told CBS television’s “This Morning.”
Moon, a centre-left politician who was sworn in last month after a landslide election win, favours engagement with the North, rather than the hardline stance taken by his ousted conservative predecessor Park Geun-Hye.
Washington has also stepped up its muscle-flexing in the region, flying two B-1 bombers over the Korean peninsula Tuesday in a planned training mission with Japan and South Korea as its latest show of force.
The North has often used bombastic and sometimes racist rhetoric to slam other world leaders for actions that displeased the regime.
Pyongyang compared former US president Barack Obama to a monkey after he supported the 2014 cinematic release of ‘The Interview’, a Hollywood comedy mocking the North Korean leadership.
The regime has launched vitriolic and sexist verbal attacks on former South Korean president Park on numerous occasions, calling her a “crazy old bitch” and an “ugly female bat”.

Here Are The Top Most Dangerous Drinks Consumed In Lagos

Do you know there are dangerous drinks that exist in Lagos, Nigeria that you might be aware of and yet still take. Although it is compulsory that drinking water to satisfy thirst is part of human habit especially after a meal is consumed or eating. Some drink alcohol while others take beverages or wine.
No matter what kind of drink is taken into the body, we must be careful to know whether such is dangerous to the health. A recent research showed that drinks that are dangerous to health are consumed by Nigerians but mostly Lagosians.
Below is a list of 5 most dangerous drinks consumed in Lagos, Nigeria that are harmful to the health
1. Pure Water
You might be wondering why the most popular packaged water in Nigeria is topping the list. This is simply because it doesn’t meets all the hygienic standards for water to be considered pure. It is known to all that pure water or the Lagos sachet water sells for N10 and is the fastest selling product in Nigeria especially in Lagos and generates millions of Naira if not billions in the whole country.
What makes pure water dangerous to the health is not even the packaging per say but the places where they have been packaged. Believe you me, if you visit factories where these sachet water are packaged, you will decide never to drink such again.
No wonder analyst suggest that those who drink such have greater chances to contact typhoid. Most reported cases of typhoid in Nigeria are as a result of people drinking unclean water. The government should step up its efforts to providing clean and accessible water to its citizens while checking the excesses of these factories that produce pure water in Nigeria.
2. Opa-Eyin
This is popular among Lagosians. It is made by mixing locally made gin with an unknown kind of herbs and roots. The myth among people is that it is rumored to cure diseases of different kinds. And since it has been used since time memorial, people has fallen for this dangerous drink consumed by Lagosians in Nigeria because of the unproven medicinal importance attached to it.
One may need to known that no one can tell the source of the type of local gin, and science has not yet ascertained the kind or type of roots and herbs used to prepare “opa-eyin”. Infact, medical research has proven time and time again that herbs work but when not administered at the right doze can be detrimental to those who take it.
3. Codeine
It is no surprise that codeine falls third in this list of 5 most dangerous drinks consumed in Lagos. This type of drink is popular among the youths in Lagos and it is contained in cough syrup sold in local drug stores. It comes as no surprise on why cough syrup prices on the shelves of these pharmaceutical stores has increased, well it might be connected to the high intake of codeine by the youths around. The chemical codeine is known to cause one to sleep especially when one suffers from insomnia.
4. Monkey-Tail
This is one of the most deadly drinks to take because monkey-tail is a blend of the locally made gin and Indian hemp or cannabis also known as igbo. It is shocking to see many people wasting their lives on taking this kind of drink which according to medical experts can make one get high and causes mental problems.
It also destroys the internal organs of the body.
5. Scooshes
Finally on our list of 5 most dangerous drinks consumed in Lagos, Nigeria that are harmful to the health is skooshes. This drink is made from Zobo but mixed with dangerous substances like local rum, cannabis, and codeine. Funny enough, this drink is still served at popular bars in eye catching packages at drink spot and posh bars across Lagos metropolis and also in top cities around Nigeria.
With the above listed mixture, I need not write much how dangerously deadly if I may use the word on how such a concoction can be and the hazard it causes to the health.
Although, the Federal Government in its effort to curb the production of these dangerous drinks in Lagos has established an agencies to oversee the stop of the production of these deadly drinks like NDLEA, NAFDAC, etc. The trend has not reduced a bit especially now that the economy is not stable.
We put out this information on dangerous drinks consumed in Lagos and in Nigeria as whole to notify people on the health implications of these drinks so as to avoid them and report any one found producing them to the appropriate authorities if caught.

Star-studded Glo Laffta Fest storms Benin City

Nigeria’s foremost comedy brand, Glo Laffta Fest, continued its current nationwide tour with a star-studded performance in Benin, Edo State over the weekend.
The show, which had previously toured nine major cities, unleashed some of the country’s brightest and best comedians on the Benin audience for over five hours at the Flamingo Hall of Best Western Hotel in the ancient city.
The roll call includes Nigeria’s foremost comedy exports, Basketmouth and I Go Dye, master story-teller, Bovi Ugboma, Uganda’s funniest man, Salvador, punchline maestro, Acapella, musical comedy exponent, Kenny Blaq and Benin-based comic star, Maleke.
All the performers demonstrated their versatility as they threw the appreciative Benin crowd into unending bouts of laughter.
Home grown talent and budding stars who opened the show also gave a good account of themselves. The list includes local super star, Eboh Bomb, MC Action, Emmaralo, British Pastors, MC Otis, MC Medical, Lucky Wise and MC Obaro, among others.
Buoyed by the positively responsive Benin crowd, virtually all the fresh comics delivered their routines with the confidence and expertise of a successful international comic. Particularly outstanding was Eboh Bomb, who won the audience with a string of self-deprecating jokes.
The Benin crowd was also benevolent to the celebrity guests who graced the occasion, especially Mercy Johnson-Okojie, who is married to an Edo State indigene. Her appearance on stage got many of the audience members on their feet, screaming with excitement. Nollywood legends, Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), Patience Ozokwor (Mama G) and Kanayo O. Kanayo (KOK) were also received with tremendous warmth by the audience.
The Benin show drew the attendance of the Deputy Governor of the state, Right Honourable Philip Shuaibu and his wife, MaryAnn, the speaker of the state House of Assembly, Dr. Justin Okonoboh, Majority Leader of the House, Hon. Folly Ogendegbe, members of the House, Hon. Gowon Jerry and Hon. Damian Lawani with his wife among other senior government officials.
While it was generally a night of unforgettable fun, the highest levels of excitement would probably be during the performances of Acapella and the fast emerging king of musical comedy, Kenny Blaq.
Acapella opened his act with a string of one-liners that were well received by the audience and built up rapidly with wisecracks and gags, while Kenny Blaq spliced his routine with hit songs adjusted to suit invented stories. The novelty of it all was his funny stories and sonorous voice which combined to make his performance unforgettable for most of the audience.
In their own performances, I Go Dye and Basketmouth spent some time to commend Globacom for organising the massive show, noting that it was increasingly becoming difficult for comics to put together a show of Glo Laffta’s standards because of the inclement economic condition of the country.
They urged subscribers and indeed the entire country to continue to support the Globacom brand the same way the company had been promoting local values and supporting entertainment in Nigeria.
The next destination of the show is Ijebu Ode this Sunday. Other cities that will host the show in the weeks ahead include Awka, Ikeja, Ikorodu, FESTAC, Ajah, Asaba, Aba, Suleja, Kubwa, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Abeokuta, Kaduna, Akure, Lokoja, and Anyigba.
To attend the show, Glo subscribers are expected to use up to N2,000 credit within one month and text LOL with their preferred location to the short code 240; for example, “LOL Ijebu Ode” to 240.

‘Frequent Sex Improves Intelligence’- Study Reveals

A new study has found a link between frequent sexual activity and improved brain function in older adults.
People who engaged in regular sex scored higher on tests that measured their verbal fluency and their ability to visually perceive objects and the spaces between them, researchers claim.
The study, conducted by researchers at Coventry University and Oxford University, involved 73 people aged 50-83.
Participants filled in questionnaires on how often, on average, they had had sex over the past 12 months.
They also answered questions about their general health and lifestyle.
The 28 men and 45 women also took part in a standardised test, which is typically used to measure different patterns of brain function in older adults and focuses on attention, memory, fluency, language and visuospatial ability.
In the verbal fluency tests, participants had 60 seconds to name as many animals as possible, and then to say as many words beginning with the letter ‘F’ as they could.
According to researchers, these tests reflect higher cognitive abilities.
Participants also took part in tests to determine their visuospatial ability, which included copying a complex design and drawing a clock face from memory.
It was in these two sets of tests that participants who engaged in weekly sexual activity scored the most highly, with the verbal fluency tests showing the strongest effect.
This study expanded on previous research from 2016, which found that older adults who were sexually active scored higher on cognitive tests than those who were not sexually active.
Lead researcher, Dr. Hayley Wright, from Coventry University’s Centre for Research in Psychology, Behaviour and Achievement, said: “People don’t like to think that older people have sex; but we need to challenge this conception at a societal level and look at what impact sexual activity can have on those aged 50 and over, beyond the known effects on sexual health and general wellbeing.”

SHOCKING!! Woman Drugs, Sleeps With Underage Boys In Her Car (Read)

A 36-year-old school therapist, Jacqueline Bryce Herron, has been accused of drugging and seducing two underage boys and having sex with them.
Daily Star UK, reports that Herron has been charged with 28 counts of sex with teenage boys, including sodomy.
Herron was working as a counselor to high school students in Red Bluff, in California, when the offences allegedly took place.
At least some of the sexual assault allegedly happened in public in her car.
The Therapist has denied the charges, which include oral sex, intercourse and “penetration with a foreign object” – all with minors.
They said the first alleged sexual encounter was with a boy she met while working for Victor Youth Services at a group home on King’s Way near Shasta Lake.
Police in Shasta County said after investigation that the boy told a police detective that in July 2015, he and Herron had oral sex at least once at the group home where the boy was living.
They also had sex that month in her vehicle while they were parked alongside Abernathy Lane in Redding, the report says.
Going into graphic detail, the report says, “The victim told me he had oral sex with Jacqueline Herron in the past approximately five times and penis and vagina sex two times in the past.”
The police report provided some of her employment details, claiming she had been fired by Victor Youth Services, and later hired by Alternatives to Violence, contracted to provide counseling services to students in Red Bluff.
It was reported that Herron began working with the second boy when she was a counselor at Salisbury High School – a continuation school in the Red Bluff High School District.
A Redding Police Department report claimed the underage boy brought a complaint that he had sex with Herron numerous times in March and April 2016.
He also told the police that he and woman apparently had sex at her home and would also rent motel rooms to have sex.
Employees at one motel told the police that because of the age difference between the boy and the woman, they were suspicious when they saw the two enter the motel.
The victim also reported that Herron gave him alcohol, prescription cough syrup and at least one other drug.
The boy further told the police that one time she sodomised him at her apartment while he was “blackout drunk.”
Meanwhile, the police said they have obtained photos, videos and phone texts the pair shared over a period of several weeks.
In one text, the woman allegedly sent to the boy reads, “I go to the cottonwood apt tonight the one out in the middle of nowhere haha.
“If ur not busy we should try to meet for a 7-minute hug. [sic]”
When the lad’s father heard about what was happening, the relationship ended, the police said.

Arsenal Star Alexis Sanchez Becomes Chile Leading Goalscorer In Germany Draw At The Confederation’s Cup

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez became Chile’s all-time top scorer with his 38th international goal in Thursday’s draw with Germany at the Confederations Cup.
Sanchez capitalised on a mistake by Gunners team-mate Shkodran Mustafi to open the scoring.
Lars Stindl stabbed in an equaliser for Germany just before the break.
The result means Chile remain top of Group B, ahead of Germany on goal difference.
“I’m very happy to be Chile’s top scorer. Our dream is to win this tournament and we feel we have a chance,” said Sanchez, who has been linked with a move away from Arsenal this summer.
“We played well in the first half, but Germany adapted very well to how we were playing.”
Chile and Germany need just one point from their remaining Group B games against Australia and Cameroon respectively to progress to the semi-finals.
Earlier on Thursday, a Mark Milligan penalty cancelled out an Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa goal as Australia and Cameroon drew 1-1.

Premier League!! Mauricio Pellegrino Becomes Southampton New Manager

Southampton have appointed Mauricio Pellegrino as their new manager.
The 45-year-old Argentine replaces Claude Puel, who was fired after one season in charge earlier in June.
Pellegrino stood down as Alaves manager in late May, after losing the Spanish Cup final to Barcelona and finishing ninth in La Liga with a club that had been promoted the season before.
“My philosophy and the culture of the club will work well,” said Pellegrino, who has signed a three-year deal.
“I want to win matches, be successful and develop a team spirit where everyone gives 100% and supports each other.
“I am excited and passionate about what the future holds.”
Southampton vice-chairman Les Reed said former Liverpool defender Pellegrino “impressed us with his depth of knowledge, motivation and ability” adding that he “quickly became our first choice”.
“While he had other options, we are delighted he feels that St Mary’s is the right place for him,” he added.

Don’t Kill Yourself, Men Are Born To Cheat & Don’t Leave Your Man Because He Cheats – Funke Adesiyan

Nollywood actress Funke Adesiyan has told Nigeria women that cheating does not make their male partner a bad person, but only validates him as a man.
The actress said that women should look beyond the flaw of cheating and focus on the way their men treat them, adding that leaving a man because he cheats is like relocating from Nigeria to America because it rains.
She wrote via her instagram page, “Leaving a man because he cheats is like relocating from Nigeria to America because of rain. News flash: it rains everywhere. Find a good man who loves you and appreciates you. Every other thing can be worked on. Men are naturally born to cheat. Look beyond this flaw and focus on how he treats you.
“Good morning guys. I read many comments from my last post and I couldn’t stop laughing. It’s funny that it’s women who are answering for their men that the men don’t cheat on them. My sisters, let the men answer for themselves. The truth is a bitter pill to swallow.
“You cannot answer for people. I stand by my position 100%. I know that as a modern woman, we aim to break away from the norm and be as westernized as possible but believe me, it happens everywhere. It’s only those who got caught that are referred to as offenders.
“Not many men can sincerely say they have been with only their partner for 10yrs without “playing”. It doesn’t make them bad people, it just makes them men.”

Falz Is Right, We Are Role Models To The Youths – Orezi

With the entire drama of fraud and the promotion of it by artistes presently causing a stir on the internet, with thousands taking large chunks of meat out of Falz’s ass for the statement, one artiste, who agrees with everything Falz said, is singer Orezi.
Speaking with Planet TV, the CALL THE POLICE crooner, said it is ‘imperative’ that artistes mind what they say and do on TV, as many watching them copy everything they see.
We are like role models to the society, and the younger ones and the youth in general, so whatever we say, they look up to us, they watch our videos, so it’s very imperative we should watch what we say or how we act when we are on TV.
